Gotsoccer Registration Information

Registered Individuals

For all returning players, coaches, assistants, or volunteers your information remains in the database. To register select Spring or Fall Player Registration. Then under "Registered Users" select Family or Individual Users and log in to your account using your user name and password. Please correct any information as needed in your account at this time. If you need assistance with your user name or password e-mail  wysa99@cox.net  and I will e-mail you the information on file.

For all "New" players, coaches, assistants, volunteers, register as “New Users” and begin with selecting Create Family Account .

This will be Your Family Account that you will add family members to; you will have access to this account to update the information as needed. Also (finally) the information will be carried over from year to year. To register you will access your ‘Family Account’ select a player then select a “Program” (fall recreational, indoor, spring) to participate in. More information on this will follow.
Also in this database WYSA Woonsocket Soccer Club Name is listed as Woonsocket YSA.

After clicking on Create Family Account complete this window filling in Family Name, Your Full Name, Your E-mail, then choose a User Name and Password.
“Note” you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming this information; please Keep this info as it will allow you to access your Gotsoccer Family Account to update information and register for different programs (fall, indoor, spring).Once complete click on “Register”.

This will open to Your Family Account – Home Page
To register a family member click on; Click Here to go directly to the Registration Form

On the next page under ‘New Family Member Profile’ select ‘Account Type’
To register a player, choose Player
To register as a coach, choose Coach
To register as a volunteer or manager, choose Manager
To register as a referee, choose Referee
then complete the remainder of the form ‘Gender’ (male or female), ‘Date of Birth’, ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’ and ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’. Again you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming this information for each family member registering.
Once this is done click on “Create Account”

This opens to “Player Registration (Step 2 of 4)” complete this page as required then at the bottom of the page below ‘ Please Sign Below* you must click in the small box then click on “Continue”

This brings you to the ‘Emergency Contact’ and ‘Medical Information’ use None or n/a as needed.
Then click on “Continue”

The next page is continuing “Player Registration (Step 2 of 4)”
The registration fee for fall soccer is $60.00 you must click in the circle to choose this fee.
The next feature is if the player wants to be on a co-ed team (there may not be a choice depending on how many players we have in an age group).
Then click on “Continue”

The next page is ‘Player Registration (Step 3 of 4). This has the payment and all personal information listed for you to go over. If there are any errors you may go back to correct. If everything is correct then check the small box under ‘Registration Agreement’, and click on “Finish and Submit Application”

Player Registration Complete (Step 4 of 4). On this page click on Printable Registration Form and print two copies, one to mail in with payment and one for you records. This opened a new web page so close that web page to return to (Step 4 of 4) page.

In the ‘Blue Bar’ at the top of the page click on ‘Family Home’ to return to your account.

To register another family member click on “Add Player to Family” at the top right side of the page.

Notice; National Back Ground Checks are performed for all adults associated with WYSA Woonsocket Soccer every two years. All new coaches that register will receive an e-mail with information and instructions to have BGC performed. Coaches who have had BGC performed will be notified at the end of their two year period to re-register.
